We are always accepting applications for chauffeurs, reservation agents and sales associates. These positions require a positive, energetic spirit and the desire to learn and apply our core principles of teamwork and quality service.

All LEADER employees must complete pre-hire drug screens, criminal background checks, random drug testing and confidentiality agreements.

Chauffeurs requirements include:
• High School Diploma
• Effective communication skills
• A,B,C or E license
• Livery Driver Permit (City of Kansas City, MO - Regulated Industries)
• Current DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) driving history print out
• Current physical exam on a D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) medical card
• Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card or authorized work permit
• Excellent customer service skills

Reservation Agent basic requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Effective communication skills
• Typing (35 wpm)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
