25 years ago, with a borrowed car and a cell phone, LEADER Worldwide was born.
My passion for hospitality was ignited 4 years earlier while working at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Marina del Rey, California, and later honed as a chauffeur serving Hollywood’s elite at CLS-Los Angeles. Delivering these 5 Star experiences inspired me to create the ultimate luxury service in my hometown of Kansas City. 13 years ago, Signature Aviation asked us to relocate to their FBO at MKC-Wheeler Airport to better serve their clients and ultimately yours.
In 2017, my wife Tamiko left her 20 year career in sports television to join LEADER full-time as President. She leads an amazing team of employee chauffeurs, dispatchers, CSRs and managers with a strong, loving spirit.
We love giving back! Along with educating thousands of operators at the CD/NLA Shows, I developed best practices for chauffeurs in PAX Training, the Official Chauffeur Training program of the National Limousine Association.
