NOTE These are our standard policies. Any verbal or written quotes regarding rates or minimums will supersede those stated here.
NOTICE to CANCEL or FULL CHARGE APPLIES
Sedan & SUV TRANSFER: 2 Hours
Sedan & SUV Hourly: 4 Hours in KC Metro area OR 4 hours from Garage Out time for travel greater than 30 minutes from base.
Sprinter TRANSFER: 24 Hours. Sprinter HOURLY: 48 hours. Mini Coach: 14 Days. Motor Coach / Specialty: 30 days.
International Travel: 72 hours notice.
PREMIUM & SPECIAL EVENTS: May have increased rates, minimums and cancellation policies. Refer to PREMIUM EVENT POLICY.
PAYMENT Credit card will be authorized or charged 24-48 hours before scheduled pick up time. Overages billed separately. Late Cancels are NON-REFUNDABLE.
TRANSFERS
Stop Fee: $35 if on the way. If not, the trip becomes hourly.
Wait Time: 15 minutes grace, then the hourly rate in 1/4 hour increments. Commercial airline arrivals receive 30 minutes grace.
HOURLY / CHARTERS
Sedan & SUV: billed in 1/4 hour increments. All other vehicles in 1/2 hour increments. Hourly rates and minimums apply.
Billed for the total number of hours reserved.
Travel time is billed from our base. Zones A, B & C = 1/4 hr each way. Zone D & MCI = 1/2 hr each way. Zone E = 1 hr each way.
PRIVATE AVIATION (FBOs) Zone Rates apply. Pick up Time is ETA. Standard Spot Time is 15 minutes before ETA. Wait time begins 15 minutes after ETA in 1/4 hr increments.
SAME DAY / ASAP $25. Less than 2 hours notice: $50.
EARLY / LATE $30: 10pm – 6am. Based on scheduled PICK UP time, ON BOARD time or GARAGE OUT time for travel greater than 30 minutes from base.
CHILD SEATS $35 per seat.
GREETER $95 p/greet + $10 parking OR $95 p/hr, 4 hour minimum + $30 parking.
HOLIDAYS 25% surcharge on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day. After 4pm on Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve.
EXCESS CLEANUP Minimum $500 fee for Biohazard Bodily Fluid and / or excess mess.
DAMAGE Cost of Repair + loss of use charge of not less than $500 p/day.
SMOKING $500 for Ionization, Detail & Loss of Use.
CHAUFFEUR SOLICITATION Please be advised that soliciting or directly hiring any of our chauffeurs or team members is strictly prohibited. All team members are employed under specific contractual terms, and any attempt to bypass our services by directly engaging or hiring them will incur a minimum placement fee of $50,000. This fee is intended to protect the integrity of our business and the well-being of our staff. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
FORCE MAJEURE LEADER LLC will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if and to the extent such delay or failure is caused by a Force Majeure event event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control which renders the performance of this agreement wholly or partially impossible, impractical, or delayed, including but not limited to acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, floods, earthquakes), wars, riots, acts of terrorism, government regulations or restrictions, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, mechanical issues and breakdowns or any other unforeseen circumstances.
