Bruce Heinrich – Founder & CEO

An avid reader and Kansas City native, Bruce Heinrich has always had a desire to travel and experience the various cultures in this amazing world. This passion took him to Hawaii, where he graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Only days after graduating, Bruce headed to Tokyo, where he parlayed a two-month modeling gig into a 12-year career working throughout America, Europe and Japan.

While he enjoyed that life, Bruce grew restless and unfulfilled. Seeking his true purpose, Bruce left his home in Chicago for a new start working at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Marina del Ray. Bruce discovered the joy of serving others and found his world transformed. He went on to work at Los Angeles’ most prestigious limousine company.

“One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will be refreshed.” – Proverbs 11:24-25

Fueled by his passion to serve and his newfound mission, Bruce acted in faith and returned to his hometown of Kansas City in 2000. With a dream, one car and a cell phone, LEADER Limo was born.

He soon opened a storefront office at Kansas City’s exclusive Country Club Plaza, and LEADER quickly grew to become LEADER Worldwide with a global reach leading to its current location at Signature Flight Support at Kansas City’s, Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport. Known for its quality operation, Bruce and LEADER Worldwide were twice recognized as “America’s Best” when they received the industry’s most prestigious award, National Operator of the Year.

Regarded as the industry’s expert in customer service training, Bruce leads Chauffeur Training & Management Seminars at he annual International Limousine Show in Las Vegas.

Their passion for service extends into the community and the world. Bruce and LEADER are the Official Partners of The Make-A-Wish Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Dream Factory and provide in kind service to a wide variety of nonprofits and charities through out the year.

Rene’ York – Affiliate Director & Client Solutions

Rene’ recently celebrated her seventh year as a part of the LEADER team, and has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry.

A graduate from Kansas City’s Dickinson Business College, Rene’ worked in various roles until her first child was born, when she became a stay-at-home mom. As her children grew, Rene’ took on a part-time position as the Executive Assistant to JG Nicolaisen, owner of Mr. Nick’s Limousine Service. She quickly fell in love with the industry and went full time for the next 10 years until his death. She was bequeathed a portion of the business for her great work and loyalty, but later sold and began her tenure at LEADER.

Rene’ has been married to Daryl for 35 years and loves her life with three children and four grandchildren.
