Rates and fees
All-inclusive rates include: Full chauffeur compensation, airport fees, fuel fees, and admin fees.
Additional charges: Parking, tolls, and client-specific expenses will be added.
Policy hierarchy
These are our standard policies. Any verbal or written quotes regarding rates or minimums will supersede those stated here.
Cancellation notice and full charge policy
Sedan and SUV

Transfer: 2 hours notice required.

Hourly: 4 hours notice in the KC Metro area, or 4 hours from garage out time for travel greater than 30 minutes from base.
Sprinter, coaches, specialty

Sprinter transfer: 24 hours notice required.

Sprinter hourly: 48 hours notice required.

Mini coach: 14 days notice required.

Motor coach / specialty: 30 days notice required.
International travel

72 hours notice required.
Premium and special events

May have increased rates, minimums, and cancellation policies. Refer to the Premium Event Policy.
Payment

Credit card will be authorized or charged 24 to 48 hours in advance based on the applicable cancellation window.

Overages are billed separately.

Late cancels or cancellations within the cancellation period are non-refundable.
Transfers and stops

Stop fee: $35 if on the way. If not on the way, the trip becomes hourly.

10 pax and Executive Zone: Transfer rates apply.
Hourly and charter billing

Sedan and SUV: Billed in 1/4 hour increments.

All other vehicles: Billed in 1/2 hour increments.

Travel time and zones
Travel time is billed from our base:

Wait time

Billed in 15-minute increments on transfers and point-to-point service.
Private aviation (FBOs)

Zone rates apply.

Pickup time is ETA. Standard spot time is 15 minutes before ETA.

Wait time begins 15 minutes after ETA, billed in 1/4 hour increments.

No charge to or from MKC Downtown Airport, including charters.
Same day and short notice

Early or late service fee

Cleanup, damage, and smoking

Excess cleanup: Minimum $500 fee for biohazard bodily fluid and or excess mess.

Damage: Cost of repair + loss of use charge of not less than $500 per day.

Smoking: $500 for ionization, detailing, and loss of use.
Chauffeur solicitation
Soliciting or directly hiring any of our chauffeurs or team members is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass our services by directly engaging or hiring them will incur a minimum placement fee of $50,000. This fee protects the integrity of our business and the well-being of our staff. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
Force majeure
LEADER LLC is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control that make performance wholly or partially impossible, impractical, or delayed, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, war, riots, terrorism, government regulations or restrictions, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, mechanical issues or breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
